How we approach financial education
Every Pallox program shares a common underlying philosophy: that people understand concepts better when they are introduced one at a time, explained in plain language, and then applied to something concrete before the next concept arrives. This is how the programs are structured — not as a series of disconnected lectures, but as a considered learning path.
Sessions are scheduled with gaps between them to allow participants time to think, revisit materials, and bring their own questions to the next session. This pacing is not a coincidence — it is the deliberate result of feedback from earlier program iterations that showed retention improved significantly when participants had processing time.
Written materials — worksheets, workbooks, and planning frameworks — are provided as functional tools, not supplementary handouts. They are designed to be used independently after the program concludes.
Sequential structure
Each session builds on the previous one — no concept requires prior knowledge beyond what the program itself has covered
Thai context as standard
Instruments, regulations, and examples are drawn from the Thai market — not adapted from international materials
Practical exercises
Sessions include written exercises that connect theoretical concepts to each participant's own financial situation
Discussion encouraged
Sessions are designed for questions and open discussion — not as one-directional presentations

Program 03
Retirement Planning Consultation
A private, one-on-one consultation series — typically three sessions — helping individuals develop a realistic and considered plan for their later years. The process covers income projection, expense forecasting, savings strategy evaluation, and a review of relevant Thai financial instruments and social security provisions. Each session builds on the previous one, with time for reflection between meetings. The final session produces a written summary document outlining the recommended planning framework.
What the three sessions address
Current position and goals
Review of current income, savings, assets, and debts. Setting realistic expectations for retirement age and lifestyle. Identifying what is known and what needs to be gathered before session two.
Forecasting and gap analysis
Income and expense projection through to retirement. Review of SSO entitlements, any Provident Fund arrangements, and other relevant instruments. Identification of savings gaps and options for addressing them.
Planning framework and written summary
Finalisation of the planning approach. Delivery of written summary document outlining the framework, key numbers, and suggested priorities. Questions and review of the document before close.
