1. Definitions

• "Pallox" — the business operating under this name at 323 Silom Complex, Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500.
• "Service" — the financial education programs and website operated by Pallox.
• "Participant" or "You" — any individual who enrolls in a Pallox program or uses the Pallox website.
• "Program" — any structured educational offering provided by Pallox, including the Personal Finance Foundations Workshop, Investment Literacy Program, and Retirement Planning Consultation.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any program-specific enrollment documentation.
• "Content" — all written materials, worksheets, workbooks, recorded lectures, and other materials produced by Pallox and provided to Participants.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a Pallox program or using the Pallox website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to enroll in any program. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll or use the website.

3. Service Description

Pallox provides structured financial education programs to individuals. Programs are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. Pallox is an educational provider and does not hold a financial advisory license. Nothing communicated during any program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to take any particular financial action.

Program availability is subject to scheduling. Pallox reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled participants.

4. Enrollment

Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Places are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Pallox will provide written confirmation of enrollment following payment. Programs run subject to minimum participant numbers, and enrolled participants will be notified if a program cannot proceed as scheduled.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are as published at the time of enrollment. Fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required in full prior to program commencement unless a written installment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Refund policy: If you withdraw from a program more than seven days before the first session, a refund of 80% of the program fee will be provided. Withdrawal within seven days of the first session is not eligible for a refund. If Pallox cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within fourteen days.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to engage with program sessions respectfully, attend sessions as scheduled, and treat other participants' contributions as confidential. Disruptive behaviour that materially affects the experience of other participants may result in removal from the program without refund.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of personal information provided at enrollment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced and provided by Pallox — including worksheets, workbooks, slides, written materials, and recorded lectures — remains the intellectual property of Pallox. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own private learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Pallox content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Pallox programs provide general financial education only. Nothing in any program, written material, or communication from Pallox constitutes financial advice, regulated investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. Participants should consult a licensed financial advisor for advice specific to their personal circumstances. Pallox accepts no liability for financial decisions made on the basis of content delivered in any program.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallox's aggregate liability to any participant arising from or related to a program shall not exceed the program fee paid by that participant. Pallox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made following program participation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate enrollment in exceptional circumstances. Pallox may terminate enrollment with cause (including disruptive behaviour) without refund. A participant may withdraw before a program begins, subject to the refund policy in Section 5. Obligations regarding intellectual property and confidentiality survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from participation in a Pallox program will first be subject to an informal resolution process: the parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Pallox and the participant with respect to enrollment in a program, superseding any prior communications. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Failure by Pallox to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Changes to These Terms

Pallox may update these terms from time to time. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes by email. Continued participation in programs following notification of changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
