Our Company
Built around the belief that understanding matters
Pallox was founded on a straightforward idea — that people make better financial decisions when they understand what they are doing. We exist to provide that understanding in a structured, pressure-free environment.

How Pallox came to be
Pallox was established in Bangkok with a clear focus: providing financial education to individuals who want to take a more considered approach to their personal finances. The founders had observed — through years of work in financial services — that a significant gap existed between the complexity of financial products and the practical knowledge of the people using them.
Rather than offering advice, which requires licensing and creates a different kind of relationship, the decision was made to focus entirely on education. Programs were developed from scratch, tested with small groups, and refined over several iterations before being made available more broadly.
Today, Pallox offers three structured programs from its office at Silom Complex in Bangkok. The approach has remained unchanged: content should be clear, pacing should allow for reflection, and participants should leave with tools they can use independently — not a dependency on a provider.
The team is deliberately small, which allows for quality control over every element of the material and meaningful interaction with participants. Pallox does not operate at scale for its own sake. Programs run in small groups and one-on-one formats, and that is by design.
Our Mission
To equip individuals in Thailand with the knowledge to navigate their finances with clarity — without pressure, without product recommendations, and without jargon.
Our Vision
A future where financial literacy is not a luxury — where anyone willing to invest the time can build the understanding needed to make sound, well-considered decisions about their own financial life.
Our Values
Clarity over complexity. Honesty over salesmanship. Depth over breadth. We take the time to do each program well rather than attempting to offer everything to everyone.

Standards
How we maintain quality
Regular curriculum review
All program content is reviewed at least twice per year to reflect changes in relevant Thai regulations, financial instruments, and tax provisions.
Small group sizes
Groups are capped to ensure each participant can engage fully. This is not a cost-cutting measure — it is a deliberate quality decision that affects how we operate.
Post-session feedback
Participants complete a structured feedback form after each session. This information is reviewed by the Program Director and informs continuous improvements to delivery.
Data privacy practice
Personal data collected during enrollment and sessions is handled in accordance with Thailand's PDPA. We do not share participant data with third parties for any commercial purpose.
No product sales, ever
Pallox has a strict internal policy against recommending or facilitating the purchase of any financial product during or after programs. This boundary is maintained without exception.
Clear program documentation
Before enrollment, each participant receives a clear outline of what is and is not covered in their chosen program — so expectations are well-managed from the start.
Financial education in Bangkok — what Pallox offers
Bangkok presents a particular context for personal finance. A growing professional population, a range of locally available investment vehicles, and a social security framework that differs significantly from Western models — all of these factors shape what individuals here need to understand to manage their finances well.
Pallox programs are built with this context in mind. Rather than adapting international curricula to a Thai audience, the content was developed from the ground up using examples, instruments, and regulations relevant to people living and working in Thailand. The Provident Fund, government savings bonds, and the SSO are discussed as part of the standard curriculum — not as footnotes.
The Personal Finance Foundations Workshop covers the core principles that underpin sound financial behaviour: how to construct a working budget, how to approach debt thoughtfully, how to build a savings habit suited to your income level. The Investment Literacy Program builds on that foundation, introducing asset classes, portfolio thinking, and how to evaluate risk without needing a finance degree to follow the reasoning. The Retirement Planning Consultation takes a more individual approach — working through a participant's actual circumstances to develop a planning framework they can act on.
Pallox operates from Silom Complex in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok, and sessions are conducted in English. The team is small, experienced, and focused entirely on the educational side of finance — not on selling products or managing assets.
